Minenergo RF is to sign oil supply balance to Belarus for Q3, 2013 by June 15

The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation plans to sign oil supply balance to Belarus for Q3, 2013 until June 15, 2013. The head of the department A.Novak said about it.
He said that in accordance with the rules, the decision on a balance is to be taken not later than 15 days before the start of the quarter of supplies. “The volume is not defined. There will be held negotiations with Belarus on May 21, 2013,” A.Novak said.

Transneft against free access to Russian pipelines for the CIS states

Transneft suggests to the Russian Government to refuse from participation in elaboration of the Agreement for transit by the CIS pipeline transport that was to provide to the CIS states equal rights to the transporting systems of Gazprom and Transneft. The corresponding letter signed by the Vice President of Transneft M. Barkov was sent to the Government.

Russia not eager to increase oil supplies to Belarus oil refineries

The Russian Government has prepared the letter to the Belarus side about unwillingness to coordinate enlargement in oil supplies to the Belarus oil refineries in Q3 and Q4 2013, due to non-fulfillment by Minsk of the clauses for returning of the agreed volume of oil products made from Russian oil and in postponing of realization of joint integration projects.

In Q1, oil products output in Belarus decreased by 21%

In the first quarter of 2013, the oil products output in Belarus decreased by 21% as compared to the same period of the last year to 25.99 trillion Belarusian rubles (about $3 billion), the Belarusian Statistics Committee reported on Tuesday.

The Ukraine imports gas for $3.1 billion

In January-March of 2013, the Ukraine imported gas to the total amount of $3.1 billion, the Ukrainian State Customs Service reports.
The Service doesn’t report any comparative data in the same period of 2012.
According to the Service, in the first 3 months of 2013, the total weight of the imported products made up 5.1 million tons.

Rimera has carried out the supply of oil production equipment to Belarus

Belorusneft has assembled the first compression utility made by Alnas plant, a member of Rimera Group. In connection with the need in improve of oil production at the complicated well fund, the Almetyevsk enterprise of Rimera made oil production equipment maximally oriented to the production conditions of Belorusneft. Rimera supplied to the fields of the client the innovation production of the engineering center, the electric centrifugal utilities of compression assembling scheme. The new compression utilities are meant for the work in the conditions of extended admixture content.
