In Q1 2019 LUKOIL increased oil production by 1.5% compared to the same period in 2018. Without the West Qurna-2 project 21.2 million tons were produced.

First oil obtained at Mingbulak field in Uzbekistan

The first oil has been produced at the Mingbulak field in the Namangan region in the east of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Energy Ministry of Uzbekistan on May 6, 2019.
