The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation plans to reduce the rate of the mineral extraction tax on rare earth metals to 4.8%

The Russian government approved submitting a bill to the State Duma, according to which the mineral extraction tax rate will be reduced to 4.8% from 8% for the extraction of rare-earth metals.
