Export duty to Russia has sharply fallen

According to the Ministry of Economic Development, the oil export duty to Russia fell by $21.3 t $52/ton from Feb 1st.
In Jan 2016 the oil export duty made up $73.3/ton.
The preferential duty for oil from the Easter Siberia as well as Caspian and Prirazlomny deposits in connection with the new formula approved in the framework of the tax maneuver in the sector from Feb 1st will stay zero.
The export duty for highly viscous oil from Feb 1st 2016 fell to $5.9 from $8.7 in December 2015.
The duty for light oil products and oils from Feb 1st is $20.8/ton (in Jan-$29.3), for dark oil products - $42.6 (Jan-$60.1).
