"Gazprom" demands more from Turkey.

The monopoly wants to abandon the granted discounts.

"Gazprom" wants to raise the price of gas for those private Turkish importers, which it granted a discount in 2015. Sources of "the Kommersant" claim that the move is not related to the aggravation of Russian-Turkish relations, but in conjunction with the current arbitration against Botas it means continued uncertainty in the second largest export market of "Gazprom". According to analysts, companies must be careful not to lose share in it, as happened with the Ukraine.
