Ukrnafta confirms Cox has left the company

Ukrnafta confirms the executive Vice-President for the issues of extraction and processing, C. Cox, has left due to the appointment at Centerica. He accepted this offer as he is from the UK. Currently Mr. Cox is a member of the Board.

Ukrnafta has denied I. Evets’ possible quitting. The information has nothing to do with the reality.

Speaking about N. Greynert, Ukrnafta said that he hasn’t started  working in the position of the executive Vice-President for working with personnel. He was considered as one of the perspective candidates for this post, Ukrnafta said.

Ukrnafta says that the candidate for the position of a new executive Vice-President for the issues of extraction and processing has already been submitted to the Supervision Council for consideration and approval.

On Feb 4th the approval of candidates for the rest positions of the Board are expected.
