Gazprom hasn’t started using the capacity of Nord Stream to the full. The company filled the second line of European pipeline only by one third. At the same time the monopoly is going to expand export facilities due to South Stream and additional lines of Nord Stream. This will result in unreasonable expenditures, experts emphasize.
