R. Dudley is a state candidate to the Board of Rosneft

The head of BP, R. Dudley, has been promoted as a Government representative to the Board of Rosneft, the Government order says.
The chief advisor of KKR&Co, J. Mac, and D. Hamphreys, have been suggested as new independent candidates to the Board.
The suggested candidate from the Government, head of VTB, A. Kostin, that left the Board in 2012, might return.
