Severstal provided maximum loading of capacities at Izhora pipe plant in 2012

In 2012 the Izhora pipe plant that specializes in the large diameter pipes production out of strip of the Cherepovets metallurgical plant (both enterprises are in the structure of the division Severstal Russia Steel), provided 100% loading of its production capacities.
