Export duty on oil in Russia significantly falls.

Since March 1 the export duty on oil in Russia decreased by 12.5 dollars to 39.5 dollars per ton. According to the RF Ministry of Economic Development data, in February the duty was 73.3 dollars per ton. The new rates were calculated based on the average price of Urals of $ 28.38143 per barrel or 207.2 dollars per ton.

Preferential duty rate for oil fields in Eastern Siberia, Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoe field, as well as hydrocarbon gas due to the new calculation formula, which was adopted in the framework of the tax maneuver in oil industry remains at zero since March 1, as it remains for a year - since February 1, 2015.
