Light oil extraction in Azerbaijan has slightly fallen

In 2015, 31.3 mln tons of light oil were extracted against 31.5 mln tons in 2014, in 2013 – 32.2 mln tons of Azeri Light.
In 2015 the average daily Azeri Light oil extraction made up 634 thousand barrels.
The operational expenditure in the framework of the ACG project in 2015 made up $760 mln, CAPEX -$1.9 bln.
BP invests not only into extraction but also into processing in Azerbaijan.
In September 2016 SOCAR and BP plan to fully put into operation the Center of management of oil residue.
The Center will hold the utilization of drilled cuttings, oil sludge, process oilfield water.
Previously BP realized the project on the utilization of oilfield water at ACG.
