Votemiro Company finishes the 1st stage of geological exploration at Dzhusinskaya and Akbulakskaya areas

Votemiro Company (Orenburg, included in Rosgeologiya) has completed the first stage of works in the Orenburg region on geological study of the Dzhusinskaya and Akbulakskaya areas, promising in terms of copper, zinc and gold, Rosgeologiya reports.

The Dzhusinskaya area (5132 sq km) is located in the eastern part of the region, and is promising in terms of copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold, rare earths, industrial minerals (wollastonite, graphite, kaolin, quartz optical), construction materials. On the basis of the discovered fields (Dzhusinskoye, Novorskoye, Ulyanovskoye) mining industry was established - one of the main components of the region's economy.
The Akbulakskaya area (5097 sq km) is located in the south of Orenburg. Here there are real prerequisites for the identification of new areas, within which detection of industrially important deposits of lignite, iron, titanium, copper, halogen borate, phosphate, bentonite clays, expanded clays and other minerals is possible.
