Top management of Lukoil is discussing the possibility of dissolution of its foreign subsidiary Lukoil Overseas, the Vedomosti writes. The edition adds that the final decision on this case is still pending.
Instead of Lukoil Overseas a separate department within the structure of Lukoil can be created. Assessment of how the business processes of the oil company’s subsidiary can be optimized is now carried out by group KPMG.
