Belarus increased export duties for oil and oil products

​Belarus has increased duties for oil and oil products exported outside the Eurasia Economic Union, is said in the regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers #444 as of May 26th 2015.

The export duty rate for crude oil was raised from $116.5 to $144.4/ton. The duty for directly distilled petrol was raised from $99 to $122.7/ton, for saleable petrol – from $90.8 to $112.6. The duty for light, medium distillates will be $69.3/ton (was $55.9), the same rate is set for diesel fuel, benzol, toluol, xylol, grease and other oils.

The above mentioned rates are set at the rates equal to those introduced in Russia.

Last time the export duty for crude oil and certain types of goods produced out of oil were reduced on May 1st.

The regulation came into force from June 1st 2015.
