Sberbank, which replaced VTB as a tough negotiator in discussions on restructuring the debt of "Mechel", still does not agree to the proposed terms. But it is not yet clear what these conditions are: the head of Sberbank German Gref stated about the installment for ten years without interest, whereas, according to "the Kommersant", the bank had offered softer restructuring for five years with interest payments. According to the sources of "the Kommersant", VTB and Gazprombank "Mechel" negotiates on restructuring along the same lines. But analysts do not yet see friendly source of funds for repayment of debt for "Mechel".
