Oil export via CPC terminal rose by 14.3% to 3.6 mln tons in May

​The volume of oil export via the terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in May 2015 rose by 14.3% to 3.594 mln tons against May 2014.

A year earlier the volume of oil export via the CPC terminal made up 3.144 mln tons.

In Jan-May 2015 the growth of this rate made up 12.5% to 18.068 mln tons, in Jan-May 2014 – the growth reached 16.064 mln tons.

CPC is a pipeline system connecting Kazakhstan with the sea port in the area of Novorossiysk where oil is loaded into tankers for further shipment to the world markets.
