Naftogaz offers to Gazprom to sign additional agreement

On Thursday, Naftogaz Ukrainy sent to Gazprom a proposal to sign an additional agreement, which would allow Kiev to buy Russian gas, head of Naftogaz Ukrainy Andrei Kobolev reported.
