Net loss of SOCAR in 2015 exceeded 1.7 bln manats

The net loss of SOCAR in 2015 made up 1 bln 785 mln manats against a net profit in 2014 at the volume of 1 bln 274 mln manats, is said in the consolidated financial report for 2015.
Ernst&Young held the audit of SOCAR’s activity in 2015 under IAS.
The revenue of SOCAR in 2015 made up 33 bln 103 mln manats (-16.6%), prime cost of sales – 29 bln 849 mln manats (-16.7%).
The company’s profit from operational activity in 2015 amounted to 1 bln 287 mln manats (-28.5%). The income tax payment to the budget in 2015 made up 201 mln manats (fall by 2.3 times).
The assets of SOCAR rose by 66% in 2015 – to 39 bln 965 mln manats. The long-term assets increased by 59.7% to 25 bln 990 mln manats, short-term assets rose by 79.1% to 13 bln 964 mln manats.
