Oil companies applied to Transneft for the supply of oil to Belarus

Most of the applications from oil companies on the supply of oil to Belarus in the third quarter of 2016 were received on June30. A spokesman for “Transneft” said.
“The volume of deliveries was adjusted by one third downwards by the Ministry of Energy and makes up 590 thousand tons per each of the two plants in July.
