FAS is going to simplify access to Transneft pipeline system for oil producers

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is going to simplify access to Transneft export pipeline system for oil producers. FAS obliges Transneft to make public the data about transporting capacity of the pipelines. The initiative will give the oil producers the opportunity to efficiently plan the geography of oil and oil products exports and to rapidly correct the volumes of supplies. The Service becomes able, in its turn, to control the process of access for the suppliers to Transneft’s pipelines. The decision about making public all of the  data about spare capacities and loading of its pipelines was agreed at the session with participation of the representatives of FAS
