EU has published a list of goods for oil sector banned for exports to Russia

The EU has published a list of goods for the oil sector banned for the exports to Russia to realize a number of projects. The list comprises 30 positions.

In particular, it comprises some types of pipes and drilling equipment. These goods should not be supplied to Russia for the development of deep-sea, Arctic and shale oil, RIA Novosti reports. To sell the goods from the list to Russia to be used in other sectors, the exporters will have to study the preliminary approval of the Government of their country. It is not important whether these goods are produced in the EU. The approval is necessary even if goods are not meant for Russia but will be used there.
