The “Austrian prisoner" has found a way to freeze the payment of hundreds of millions of hryvnias to the state. At the end of August, Rovnoazot announced the resumption of the production after the "massive campaign of overhauls" and the increase of the loading of its capacity for the production of ammonium nitrate to 80%. "In September, we plan to reach a 100% level of loading of the ammonium nitrate production. The production facilities of the enterprise are upgraded and ready for the start of the autumn sowing campaign," - said the head of the company's Board, Mikhail Zabluda. The total amount of the investments in repairs at the plant wasn’t stated. However, according to the Delovaya stolitsa, over 24 million hryvnias were invested only in the reconstruction of nitrate plant and the repair of compound fertilizers plant.
