Dvorkovich doesn’t rule out decline in oil production in Russia

Oil production in Russia at the present oil prices and reduction of investment won’t increase. Even some decline is possible, the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich stated.

"At the current oil prices, the investment in remote deposits and in some new projects is quite naturally reduced. Therefore, the production volumes won’t grow. The slight decrease is always possible, but the increase is unlikely," - said Dvorkovich.
