Rosneft closes deal on purchase of Prime Shipping

The joint venture of Rosneft, Sberbank Investments and Pietro Barbaro SpA (Italy) has closed the transaction of acquisition of 100% of shipping assets of the group Prime Shipping.
According to the report of Rosneft, the transaction was financed by Sberbank.
