Bashneft has completed the sales of its oil service assets to System AFK

On September 30, Bashneft completed the transaction on the sales of 100% in Bashneft Service Assets LLC to System AFK. Under the independent evaluation, the transaction sum is 4.1 billion rubles. The transaction approved by Bashneft’s Board of Directors has been performed within realization of Bashneft’s strategy for getting disposed from non-profile assets.
