Bashneft sold 38.46% of Belkamneft to a group of private investors

OJSC “Bashneft” has closed the deal on a sale of 500 ordinary shares of OJSC “Belkamneft” to a group of private investors. It makes up 38.46% of the registered capital. It was announced by the press-service of the company.
