Gazprom Neft will pay dividends of 4.09 rubles per stock for H1

At the extraordinary shareholders session, Gazprom Neft has decided to pay dividends of 4.09 rubles per stock for H1. The company has not paid interim dividends before. Total dividends sum will be 19.4 billion rubles sharing 25% of consolidated net profit for H1 2013 by ISA (77.6 billion rubles).
The chief of the company A. Dyukov told in the end of 2012 that his company would probably start paying of interim dividends. In May 2013, the Vice CFO A. Yankevich said that the company could start paying of interim dividends for H1 or January – September 2013.
