Russia : The burning off of natural gas can be reduced by twice by the end of the year

By the end of 2013 the burning off of natural gas can be reduced by twice, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology, Sergey Donskoy claimed in Astana.

This year the RF government approved the regulation stipulating increase of payments for the negative impact on the environment presupposing strict sanctions against above-limit burning of APG and the preferences for development of new deposits in order to remove ecologically conditioned investment barriers for Russian companies.
