In September, Transneft reduced oil supplies to Belarus by 138,000 tons to 1.46 million tons, RBC reports referring to the chief of the company, I. Dyomin. In October and later before the end of the year, oil supplies to Belarus will be executed in accordance with the schedule. On September 17th, the Ministry of Energy of Russia announced about agreement of the schedule for oil transport via the Russian oil pipeline system abroad Russia in Q4 2013. The agreed oil supplies to Belarus in Q4 are 3.1 million tons. The Vice Premier, A. Dvorkovich says that Russia has concerns about the plan of oil supplies to Belarus of 18.5 million tons in 2013.
