Transneft will obtain 30 billion RUR less in 2014 due to the freezing of its tariffs

If the tariffs of Transneft are frozen, in 2014 its proceeds will make up by 30 billion RUR less, thus, the company will have to delay a number of projects and it will be complicated to forecast its dividends, senior vice-President of the company, Maksim Grishanin claimed.

As told by Grishanin, the forecast takes into account the reducing turnover, as oil companies dispatch more oil for processing in the RF than for export. This situation can remain in 2014.
