MICEX has registered Rosneft’s bonds for 300 billion rubles

MICEX has registered 14 issues of Rosneft’s bonds for 300 billion rubles. Their numbers are 4B02-01-00122-A - 4B02-14-00122-A granted on October 13 2013. They are going to issue 4 bonds series BO-01 – BO-04 by 15 billion rubles, 6 bonds series BO-05 – BO-10 by 20 billion rubles, and 4 bonds series BO-11 – BO-14 by 30 billion rubles with face value of 1,000 rubles each. Bonds placement will be performed under the open subscription with circulation period of 10 years.
