The Arbitration Court of the Yamal-Nenets autonomous area has registered the suit about bankruptcy of Gazprom Production Noyabrsk

InvestProject CJSC has appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Yamal-Nenets autonomous area about pledging bankrupt Gazprom Production Noyabrsk Ltd being Gazprom’s subsidiary.
The courts are trying several suits between the companies. In October, the Arbitration Court satisfied 2 suits of InvestProject about charging from Gazprom Production Noyabrsk of the fine for violation of the terms of introduction of the payment for leasing contract at a rate of 1.2 million rubles and the debt of 4.1 million rubles.
