E.ON to transfer its shares in the South-Russkoye field and Nord Stream gas pipeline to its new Russian company

German energy company E.ON is creating a new company for its business in Russia, the concern’s head Johannes Theissen reports.
In particular, the shares of E.ON in the South Russian gas field and Nord Stream pipeline will be transferred to the company.
