Rosneft and Total have closed the transaction on sale and purchase of 66.67% in AET-Raffineriebeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, which is a 16.67% effective stake in a refinery in German Schwedt (PCK Raffinerie GmbH), Rosneft reports.
