Transneft to fully quit the capital of Transneft insurance company

The Board of Directors of Transneft has decided to terminate the participation in the insurance company Transneft by means of selling its stake at the volume of 1.09% of the registered capital.
Transneft sold 98.91% of shares of Transneft insurance company to Sogaz in December 2013.
The amount of the deal was determined on the results of the open tender organized by Transneft in September 2013 and made up 9.396 bln roubles. The shares were purchased for the funds of Sogaz.
