Urals oil price keeps falling

The average price of Urals oil in Jan-November made up $52.57/barrel, the expert of the Ministry of Finance, M. Sakovich, said.
In Jan-November 2014 the average price of Urals made up $100.91/barrel.
In November 2015 the average Urals price made up $42.11/barrel, by 1.9 times lower than in November 2014 - $78.33/barrel.
In Jan-October 2015 the average Urals price made up $53.61/barrel.
In July 2015 the average Urals price made up $55.51/barrel, by 1.9 times lower than in July 2014 - $105.4/barrel.
