China might construct LNG plant in Altai

A large Chinese holding plans to invest into the development of the energy sector of Altai. The representatives of the Chinese company have held the respective negotiations with the Government of Altai. The delegation of the energy holding corporation “Sinao” headed by the deputy CEO of the company has visited Altai. At the present time the management of the Chinese corporation studies an opportunity of the construction of an LNG plant in the region.

The Chinese delegation visited the Choysky district of Altai where they checked the boiler house working on LNG. Besides, they visited the village of Karlushka where they watched the process of operation of the gas accumulation station and additionally visited a gas distribution stations in the town of Gorno-Altaysk.
