Japanese business in Russia will have "a period of patience" because of low oil prices, but it does leave Russia. This opinion was expressed in an interview with Tass by leading experts on bilateral economic relations – Hiroshi Takahashi, the Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Economy of Russia and the New Independent States, and Hirofumi Arai –the leading specialist of the Institute of Northeast Asia Economic Research (ERINA).
