Russia. Ministry of Energy expects oil processing decline to 280 mln tons in 2016

Ministry of Energy expects that oil processing in the Russian Federation will reduce to 280 million tons in 2016. It made up 287 million tons in 2015.
Gasoline consumption will exceed 36 million tons, deputy head of the Ministry of Energy of Russia K.Molodtsov stated on the sidelines of the forum “Arctic. Made in Russia”, held in Tver region.
