This was reported to journalists by chief of the region investment department Alexander Fedchenko.
Earlier it was reported that the regional administration laid in the regional budget for 2015 1.38 billion rubles for the provision of subsidies to Tomskneftekhim, a part of Sibur Holding. These funds were spent to upgrade the enterprise, but only upon receipt of additional tax deductions. At the same time, former Deputy Governor of the Industrial Policy Leonid Reznikov said that the modernization of Tomskneftekhim, supported by the budget, should be completed in 2016.
