Aluminum production will decline by 10-12%

By the end of 2013, UC Rusal is going to decline aluminum production by 300,000 tons and to maintain the volume within 3 years, the CEO O. Deripaska claims in his interview to the Australian newspaper. Answering the question about his opinion on the current state of the global sector, he says that the company is at the final stage of aluminum sector restructuring. Large stored aluminum reserves influence future development that turns to intensification of negative valuing of the sector, and directly influences the metal price.
