In Q1, Russia reduced gas production by 1.3%, and increased exports by 2%

In Q1, Russia reduced gas production by 1.29% to 180.491 billion cubic m, and increased exports by 1.9% to 56.891 billion cubic m, the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports. Production was 130.6 billion cubic m in Gazprom (-3.44%), and 15.605 billion cubic m in Novatek (+3.9%). Internal consumption reduced by 2.58% to 148.227 billion cubic m. Exports to far abroad increased by 6.19% to 38.959 billion cubic m, and exports to near abroad reduced by 7.5% to 13.946 billion cubic m.
