In Q4, net profit of Tagmet grew to 587 million rubles

By results of 2014, Taganrog metallurgical plant (Tagmet, a part of TMK) reduced the net income in the previous year. Thus, in the reporting period, the company received 105.220 million rubles of net profit. In the previous year, the financial result exceeded 281.7 million rubles.
In 2014, decline in net profit took part against the background of the fall of sales profit. Thus, in 2014 this figure was reduced by 11% to 1.22 billion rubles. The return on sales fell by 1 p and made up 4%. The decline in sales profit was caused by 10% increase in cost of sales with a slight increase in selling expenses.
