Lukoil supports prolongation of preferences for shelf projects for 5-10 years

Lukoil’s head Vagit Alekperov informed that the company supported the idea of prolonging the preferences for the shelf projects for 5 – 10 years, and was discussing this idea with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy, but they held a reserved position.
