The countries signed a memorandum of understanding in oil and gas sector. Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan states.

There was held a meeting of the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan N. Aliyev, president of SOCAR R. Abdullayev and Iraqi Oil Minister A. Abdulmahti.
