Lukoil is strongly asked to increase oil production in Iraq

Iraq has called on the Russian company Lukoil to increase its oil production in the country. This was reported by head of the Russian company Vagit Alekperov in Vienna after meeting with the Iraqi Deputy Oil Minister Fayyad al Nimoy. According to the head of Lukoil, the compensation of the costs, received by the company from the Iraqi Government, now allows its to invest in the increase of the production volumes.
