In 2014, Azerbaijan will launch new platform at the Neft Dashlary deposit

In 2014, SOCAR will launch the new platform # 602A at the Neft Dashlary deposit in Azerbaijan. The general contractor is Neftgaztikinti trust. The platform is meant for the drilling of 14 wells and will be installed at sea depth of 25 m. They will install at the platform state-of-art drilling equipment, a helicopter deck, special reservoirs for the discharge water and waste water collection, a gas heating site, a fire safety system, an automated gas distribution system for wells exploitation under gas lifting mode and other necessary equipment.
