Ukrgasdobycha doesn’t want to pay dividends to Naftogas

Ukrgasdobycha PJSC refuses to execute the decision of the meeting of shareholders (represented by Naftogas, holds 100%) on the payment of dividends for 2012-2013 to the state budget, is said in the letter of Ukrgasdobycha to Naftogas signed by the new head of the company, O. Prokhorenko.
Ukrgasdobycha reports that it can’t execute this decision.
It is explained by the reference to the law “On management over objects of state property” and decisions of the Court which release Ukrgasdobycha from the obligation to pay dividends to the state budget, the managers of Ukrgasdobycha think.
On June 30th the shareholder of Ukrgasdobycha decided to pay dividends on the results of 2012-2013 at the amount of 130 mln grivna.
