On September 4th, Transneft is going to restart oil dispatch at the port of Novorossiysk, the representative of the pipeline company, I. Dyomin says. Last night the breakdown at the pipeline of Kuybyshev-Lisichansk led to temporary pause in oil transshipment via the port. However, it won’t influence the volume of transshipment in September, Mr. Dyomin claims. Transneft is going to remove the after effects of the breakdown within 1 or 2 days whereas it needs up to 4 days under the norm
