OJSC MMC "Norilsk Nickel" intends to buy out the share of other co-owners of the Krasnoyarsk OJSC "Yenisei River Shipping Company". The corresponding application was satisfied by the Federal Anti-Monopoly service.
In the case of purchase of 48.09% stake in ERP by the company, its share will reach 100%. The deal was approved subject to the conditions of state property privatization, "Interfax" reports.
